Complaints channel

If you identify yourself, in accordance with current and applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be included in the records of PROA SUR S.L., CIF B33256181 with registered office at Polígono Industrial de Olloniego Parcela B-41, 33660 Olloniego Asturias. Spain for the purpose of managing your communication, adopting the corresponding corrective measures and, if necessary, informing you of the outcome of the procedure.

The legitimate basis for this processing is the consent given by the complainant.
PROA SUR S.L. informs that the data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to clarify the facts reported. In any case, after three (3) months, the data provided will be destroyed unless they are investigated in a different legal environment.

It also informs you that the data will be processed in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner and undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as the consent given for the processing thereof, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or to the following e-mail address: canaletico@proasur.com.

You may also contact the Supervisory Authority, in this case the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to file any complaint you deem appropriate.
