From Proasur, as official installers of Barrisol, we have been in charge of the Barrisol tensioned ceiling installation project in the LNE Press Room.
This project was designed to create a modern and functional environment for journalists and press workers. A white stretch ceiling was used to create a feeling of spaciousness and brightness in the space.
The Barrisol stretch ceiling consists of a PVC sheet stretched over an aluminum frame. These materials provide strength, durability, and flexibility, allowing for the creation of custom shapes and designs.
The complexity of this project lay in finding the perfect solution that would allow the easy opening of the backlit Barrisol panels that make up the roof without leaving a joint, with the aim of being able to carry out maintenance on them in the future.
Through a system of magnets, our team created a prototype and once its technical feasibility was verified, it allowed us to achieve the objective.
